Call Guidelines

As an RTI (Right to Information) activist, I value transparency, clarity, and respect during communication. To ensure a productive and respectful conversation, please adhere to the following guidelines when calling:

1. Call Hours
   Please note that calls are accepted only during office hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Calls outside of these hours will not be answered.

2. Purpose of Call
   Kindly make sure that your call is relevant to RTI-related inquiries, social activism, or issues I am actively working on. This helps ensure we stay focused and effective during our discussion.

3. Be Clear and Concise
   When calling, please briefly introduce yourself and clearly state the reason for your call. This will help me understand your query or concern and provide you with the most accurate information.

4. Respectful Communication
   Mutual respect is crucial. Please remain courteous and professional throughout the conversation. We aim to foster a constructive dialogue.

5. Limit on Call Duration
   To ensure that I can assist as many people as possible, please try to keep calls brief, ideally under 10-15 minutes. If your query requires more time, we can schedule a follow-up call or continue via email.

6. No Harassment or Abusive Language
   I do not engage in or tolerate any form of harassment or abusive language. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the call.

7. Confidentiality
   I treat all inquiries with confidentiality and respect for your privacy. However, for legal or official matters, please ensure that you follow proper channels and documentation.

8. Voice Messages
   If I am unable to take your call, please leave a brief voice message with your name, contact details, and the nature of your inquiry. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

By following these guidelines, we can work together efficiently towards better transparency, accountability, and social justice.
